We love Lancashire – it´s a great place for our business with an active community, the surroundings are stunning and we have one or two well know landmarks. So we decided to start a series of articles called Love of Lancashire – showing some of the best the Red Rose County has to offer :
Pendle Hill is in the east of Lancashire near Burnley and Padiham. It rises to 557 metres above sea level – giving fantastic views of the whole area, so it´s a firm favourite with walkers, ramblers and hikers. The summit of the hill contains a Bronze Age burial site.

A fantastic medieval castle, it´s roots are believed to have gone back to an 11th century Roman fort. It´s got a prominent place in British history – most notably in the Civil War. A great place for a family day out
It wouldn´t be right to talk about iconic and famous landmarks without mentioning Blackpool tower ! A favourite of many a British holiday. Opened to the public in 1894 and inspired bythe Eiffel tower, it reaches 518 feet tall
